Get to know meSo happy you have found your way to my website, welcome. Im Whitney, the person behind the lens. I live by the seaside in Ayr along with my husband and two children, Corbyn & Aisha. I started up this business in 2017 after graduating from studying photography.
Some facts about me:
Love coffee and will research all the best coffee shops before travelling somewhere new.
A massive Stephen King fan.
My happy place is at the gym.
Obsessed with cats.
Favourite place in the world is Amsterdam.
My approach
Pretty much every consultation starts along the lines of "We hate having our picture taken" and I couldn't understand more. This is why I really try to get to know you so I'm not just taking nice images of your wedding but truly capturing who you are as a couple. So many times I've heard "it felt like we were hanging out with a friend" and thats exactly what I am all about. Photography to me is all about capturing emotion, an image can take you straight back to how you felt in that moment which is why my approach is so laid back and personal to you.
My favourite things
Podcast: The majority of weddings have been edited listening to true crime tales by the Morbid gals.
Movie: I could watch Factory girl a million times on repeat.
Music: Im a huge country music fan. If I'm not listening to some country then I'm all about Taylor Swift.
Coffee Order: Oat Milk Cappuccino (unless its October then Pumpkin Spiced Lattes runs through my veins)
