Whitney was incredible! Myself and my husband both said from the start how we wanted candid and natural photos as we sometimes feel a bit awkward when getting our photos taken. Whitney made sure that we felt comfortable and a lot of the time I didn’t even realise she was there!
Our wedding was the day after storm Éowyn and Whitney still got to our venue in plenty of time. She spent time taking photos with me and my bridal party and she was just a great addition to the morning as she has good chat and is just a lovely person. Our friends and family all commented on how great and professional she was.
We got our previews just after the wedding and they were amazing. She then sent our full gallery 4 weeks after the wedding and we are so happy with them. She’s captured us and our day so perfectly. We will be recommending Whitney to anyone looking for a great photographer.

We booked Whitney over 2 years before our wedding and throughout the process we were kept up to date and had 2 FaceTime/calls to go through the whole day in detail and find out exactly what we wanted. Both of us wanted to capture the day without being away for ages and somehow she managed to get us HUNDREDS of amazing photos in the short times we took away for pictures. So many beautiful candid moments as well as our formal photos captured our day just perfectly
On the day, Whitney was like an extra member of the bridal party, felt like one of our friends and made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed. We were told before she left that she’d get us previews the next day, I was expected maybe 5-10 but she sent 65 before we’d even left the venue the next morning which were all unbelievable!! 5 weeks after our wedding we’ve just received our full gallery with literally hundreds of unbelievable photos, we’ve spent hours going through them and love them all so so so much
how this incredible woman managed to make the two most awkward people in front of the camera come out with such unbelievable photos is a miracle!!!

Whitney has been there along our journey to capture our most special moments and we honestly can’t recommend her enough.
From our first appointment, to our pre-wedding shoot, my boudoir shoot, our wedding day and our maternity shoot everything was amazing!
It was such a relaxed atmosphere from start to finish and feels like your friend is taking the pictures, that’s why I think they come out so amazing and meaningful as Whitney cares just as much as you do about the details and moments she is capturing.

I honestly don’t think I have words to recommend Whitney enough. From our engagement shoot right through to our wedding she went above and beyond to give us such a personal experience and by our wedding day I felt like she really knew us! Whitney was also great with recommendations for other suppliers which was so helpful. On the day everyone commented at how seamlessly she blended in and we genuinely felt like we had an extra friend at our wedding. She took our group shots/couple photos so succinctly that we were able to get back to our guests to enjoy the day.
When we got our photos back we were blown away. They just capture the day so perfectly we felt like we could relive every moment. We loved Whitney’s candid style and there are so many thoughtful and beautiful images. The attention to detail is amazing, we feel like she just knew who and what to focus on.

on the day of our wedding Whitney made me feel so at ease and I never felt overwhelmed or awkward once when getting our photos taken as this was done in such a natural fun way. The photographs themselves are stunnnnning. She’d sent me some through before I even woke up the next morning which was insane!! And had our full gallery back 4 weeks after the wedding. We hired Whitney to shoot at our wedding in Glasgow, and this was the best decision we could have ever made! Throughout the planning process, and on the actual wedding day, she was very patient and understanding with us… and made us feel relaxed so we could get the perfect photos!
We also opted for the 2nd Shooter organised through Whitney, and was great to have them both working together to help capture all of the important moments!
She was able to get some preview photos back to us even quicker than we could have imagined, and they were all amazing. She captured the best moments, and we couldn’t imagine them being any better! We want to get every photo framed they all look that good!
We had also organised a 2nd photoshoot in Glencoe a month after the wedding, so as to get some more personal photos with our dogs who couldn’t be there on the day, and we are so happy we chose this! The photos from this have also turned out amazing and look even better than it did in real life! She was great at capturing the perfect moments!

She was absolutely amazing, Very accommodating and super helpful during the getting ready chaos! Whitney is completely unobtrusive and captures the most candid, natural photos of your special day!
She managed to capture the most incredible moments throughout our day and lots of small details that we didn’t even remember until seeing our wedding album! Whitney was super professional, funny, and most importantly amazing at her work. I don’t think she took one bad photo! All of our guests commented on how much fun Whitney was and made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease!
We for sure will be using Whitney again for any of our photography needs, She gave us the wedding photos we always dreamed of and every single picture is just beautiful!

'We can't remember how we stumbled across Whitney's Instagram page, but we are so glad we did. We instantly loved her style of photographs, her ability to capture the moments that can easily be missed on the day and how relaxed all the couples appeared in the photos. Our first meet via Zoom and we knew instantly that Whitney was who we wanted, super friendly, easy to chat to and instantly feeling like a friend and not someone we were hiring.
On the day, she and her awesome choice of a second shooter, Kirsty, were with us from morning until into the ceilidh madness. When we started to look for our wedding photographer we met with a couple of different people but when we met Whitney we knew instantly she was the one we were going to book. She took a lot of time getting to know us both and exactly what we were looking for before explaining more about her photography packages and pricing - which we found to be very competitive within a saturated market. Once we had booked and paid the deposit she was available to meet or message at any point of the day with answers to questions or queries no matter how daft they may seem.
We got the chance to work with her on an engagement shoot and she couldn’t have been more fun to be around, she shared loads of great ideas and again made us feel at ease (having never been in front of a professional photographer before in quite a public setting - Dumfries House). We then got another chance to cover the finer details of our wedding day and what to expect from Whitney. We decided at this point to arrange for a second shooter to cover different angles of our wedding day, this was all organised by Whitney and upon seeing the final results from our wedding photographs you cannot tell the difference, she hand picked someone with exactly the same style of photography.
On the wedding day Whitney was brilliant. Her personality really shone through and made the entire bridal party feel at ease - almost as if she was a part of the occasion. She seamlessly moved around the wedding venue working with the bride, groom, bridal party, videographer and the guests. When working closely with us (bride and groom) she made us feel so relaxed on what was a very important event, there was no rush, no pressure and no agenda from Whitney at any point of the day, she was so focussed on creating and capturing the shots that we had agreed on and very much let us lead the way. She couldn’t have been more helpful during the entire day, sorting things for the bride, carrying things for the bridal party - she was like a PA that took unreal photographs of the entire event.
We got our highlight photographs within 12 hours of the wedding finishing and we were both gutted she had to leave to work on these, we would have loved for her to stay and party during the wedding reception - that’s just how much she felt like part of our special day. The highlight photographs were amazing, capturing moments of our special day and we couldn’t wait for the entire album to be sent over. She kept us posted with updates via social media on an expected delivery day for our wedding photo album and they were delivered in a very timely manner considering Whitney’s busy schedule! The album was exactly what we had hoped for and much much more! The rustic and natural feel to all our photos were exactly what we were looking for and the sheer number of moments she had captured throughout the entire day was unbelievable. Ordering our photo albums and individual photographs are so easy and they are posted out to you so quickly! Some of our female members received their’s within 24 hours!
Overall Whitney is absolutely fantastic at what she does, her friendly and approachable nature allows her to blend in with the bridal party and wedding guests with ease. Her kind, fun and bubbly personality also shines through making everyone feel so relaxed during a very stressful, nervous and important day. We would 100% recommend her to any other couple looking for a wedding photographer and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.
